Energizing Berry Ginger Smoothie
A delicious & fragrant smoothie…minus the overbearing taste of bananas! Let this nutritious smoothie recipe energize your morning or your latest summer workout.
Ingredients (serves 2)
1.5 cups of almond milk (or until desired consistency)
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 frozen banana
(optional) A handful of leafy greens
1 inch knob of ginger
1 tbsp hemp seed
(optional) 1 tsp spirulina
Instructions
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Adjust to desired taste and consistency.
