Energizing Berry Ginger Smoothie

A delicious & fragrant smoothie…minus the overbearing taste of bananas! Let this nutritious smoothie recipe energize your morning or your latest summer workout.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or until desired consistency)

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 inch knob of ginger

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • (optional) A handful of leafy greens

  • (optional) 1 tsp spirulina

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Adjust to desired taste and consistency.

  2. Serve and enjoy!
