Yogurt-Based Pizza Crust

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and powders.

  3. Add in the yogurt and stir until well combined.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Generously flour the surface and spread the dough out thin using a rubber spatula.

  6. Bake the dough for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden.

  7. Add the pizza toppings of choice.

  8. Bake again until the pizza is ready!
