Yogurt-Based Pizza Crust
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and powders.
Add in the yogurt and stir until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Generously flour the surface and spread the dough out thin using a rubber spatula.
Bake the dough for about 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Add the pizza toppings of choice.
Bake again until the pizza is ready!
