Oat Berry Smoothie

 

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice or water
- 1 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds or hemp seeds

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients (liquids first) in a mixer and enjoy!
