Fibre-Rich Muffin Crumble Topping
The perfect nutritious topping to your favourite muffin recipe!
Ingredients
¼ cup cooking oats
2 tbsp of melted coconut oil or butter
3 tbsp of hemp seed
1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds
2 tbsp of brown sugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Once you’ve laid out the batter, sprinkle the oat hemp crumble on top of the muffins.
Bake and enjoy!
