Fibre-Rich Muffin Crumble Topping

 

The perfect nutritious topping to your favourite muffin recipe!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cooking oats

  • 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil or butter

  • 3 tbsp of hemp seed

  • 1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Once you’ve laid out the batter, sprinkle the oat hemp crumble on top of the muffins.

  3. Bake and enjoy!
