DIY Peanut Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
6 oz of your favourite noodles (I used Lotus Foods Millet and Brown Rice Ramen Noodles!)
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Protein of choice (ex: air/pan fried salmon, tofu, boiled eggs, etc.)
Fresh or sauteed veggies (ex: cucumber, carrots, spinach, bok choy, broccoli, etc.)
Instructions
Prepare your choice of protein.
Cook and drain the noodles according to the directions on the package.
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sweetener of choice and minced garlic & ginger.
Stir the sauce into the noodles.
Add toppings of choice and serve. Enjoy!
