Make use of leftover cooked grains to make stir fries or sautées.
Freeze if necessary (ex: bread, muffins, dumplings)

Don’t be afraid to try something new! Discover the world of whole grain foods to incorporate into your meals.
Protein
Marinate your meat or boil your eggs ahead of time to be ready to cook/eat.
Make use of canned goods as a source of protein (ex: chickpeas, tuna, salmon, sardines) for quick salads or open-faced sandwiches.
Buy in bulk (ex: chicken, fish, beef, cheese) then if necessary, freeze for later use.
Try frozen edamame for soups, poke bowls, stir fries, or salads.
