Breakfast Egg Sandwich

 

Ingredients

  • 1-2 eggs

  • 1 tsp of oil

  • Leftovers veggies (ex: spinach, onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, etc.)

  • (Optional, but highly encouraged) A sprinkle of your favourite cheese

  • 1 serving of your choice of bread

  • (Optional) Hot sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs into a mix.

  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté veggies in their order of cooking time (ex: onions > bell pepper > mushroom > spinach)

  3. Push the sautéed veggies to the side of the pan, then add the egg mixture onto the veggie to cook. Flip to cook the other side.

  4. (Optional) Sprinkle the cheese and then fold the egg omelet into a crêpe.

  5. Serve with your choice of bread & enjoy!
